Introduction to Artificial Intelligence(IAI),as the core course of computer science,aims to help students understand theory and technology of artificial intelligence.In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,artificial intelligence technology has been widely used.Based on the demand of interdisciplinary in universities,the demand for artificial intelligence technology is growing.This paper analyzes the problems in the public IAI course for non-computer major students,and then puts forward the exploration of teaching reform of the public IAI course with corresponding professional background,to improve the role of IAI in training of interdisciplinary talents.
