Design of Experimental System for Statistical Analysis of Machining Errors Based on MATLAB App Designer
The statistical analysis of machining errors is a typical experimental component of mechanical manufacture basic course and is also an important consolidation session to assess the machining accuracy of processes during the production practice in mechanical engineering. In order to enable students to transition theory to practical applications more directly and improve the homogeneity of traditional experimental teaching methods,an experimental system for the statistical analysis of machining errors was designed which is based on MATLAB App Designer. The system randomly generates samples that can simulate the real process dimensions for multiple common processes, and guides students to complete the distribution diagram analysis and dot diagram analysis of the process according to experimental steps.During the experiment, the score can be checked at any time.Students can reflect and correct mistakes and practice repeatedly. At the same time, the frequency distribution diagram and diagram of measuring dimensions are provided for reference, which can help students grasp the statistical analysis principle and application process of machining error flexibly and intuitively, and improve the level of experimental teaching.
