Design of a GIS-based Intelligent Service Platform for Tobacco Public Welfare Activities
Facing the new demand for digital transformation of customer service in the tobacco industry,technologies such as the Internet,GIS,and multidimensional correlation analysis are introduced into the lifecycle management of tobacco public welfare activities,and key modules such as public welfare plans,Moli maps,event check-in,and customer management have been developed.The results show that the public welfare activity platform realizes the digital integration of public welfare activities and customer service,can grasp the situation information of tobacco public welfare activities in real time,explores the new model of"public welfare + customer service",and effectively empowers the digital transformation of the tobacco industry.
