The Choice of Service Industry Operation Model in the Post-pandemic Era
In the process of globalization,effectively responding to and resolving public health emergencies has become an important issue in China's social health governance and risk prevention.Since the founding of New China,China has experienced the severe test of five major public health emergencies.Although the country has continuously improved the handling mechanism in previous challenges,the labor-intensive service industry still faces huge challenges in public health emergencies.Therefore,service providers must adjust and innovate their original operational strategies to effectively respond to the challenges posed by public health emergencies.Improvements to the old model require high contingency costs,which makes some service providers hesitant to bear these costs.Therefore,the conditions for the implementation of the service provider's choice of operation mode are not clear.Based on this,combined with multiple factors such as infection risk,market capacity and emergency cost,the emergency mode of service providers of public health emergencies was deeply discussed for reference of service providers.
