摘要
近年来 2 型糖尿病的发病率呈上升趋势,是危害人类健康的常见疾病之一.通过机器学习构建 2 型糖尿病风险预警分析系统变得迫在眉睫,针对单一的机器学习算法在对糖尿病预测时存在准确率和精度率不高的问题,设计采用Stacking策略对支持向量机、CatBoost、XGBoost进行算法融合,实验证明,融合算法在准确率,精度率,容错率方面都有大幅提高,能够更有效地辅助医生进行糖尿病的早期诊断和干预.
Abstract
In recent years,the incidence rate of type 2 diabetes is on the rise,which is one of the common diseases endangering human health.It is urgent to build a risk early warning and analysis system for type 2 diabetes through machine learning.In view of the low accuracy and precision of a single machine learning algorithm in predicting diabetes,the Stacking strategy is designed to fuse support vector machines,CatBoost,and XGBoost.Experiments show that the fusion algorithm has significantly improved in accuracy,accuracy,and fault tolerance,and can more effectively assist doctors in early diagnosis and intervention of diabetes.
