摘要
针对传统的胎压监测系统存在制作成本高、无法远程监测等问题,文章设计了基于移动云的胎压、温度监测系统,使用STM32 单元作为控制核心实现轮胎状况的实时监测.系统通过胎压和温度传感器获取轮胎相应的运行状态,结合单片机和 4G模块将数据上传至云平台,当监测到胎压值不在安全阈值范围时,在云平台进行相应报警.结果表明:相较传统的胎压监测系统,该系统结合 4G通信模块,实时监测更为便捷,能有效减少车胎状况异常引起的安全事故.
Abstract
For the issues of high production costs and the inability to remotely monitor traditional tire pressure monitoring systems,this paper proposes a mobile cloud-based tire pressure and temperature monitoring system,which uses the STM32 unit as the control core to realize real-time monitoring of tire conditions.The system obtains the corresponding running state of the tires through tire pressure and temperature sensors,and uploads the data to the cloud platform through the combination of the microcontroller and the 4G module.When the tire pressure value is not within the safe threshold range,the cloud platform will issue corresponding alarms.The results show that compared with traditional tire pressure monitoring systems,this system combines a 4G communication module,which makes real-time monitoring more convenient and can effectively reduce safety accidents caused by abnormal conditions.
