摘要
加速推进人工智能技术的发展,已然被提升为国家层面的核心战略部署.在现今人工智能行业迅猛崛起的时代背景下,面临着行业应用人才供不应求的紧迫局面.基于知识与科研层面的人工智能培养模式研究已有一定成果,而技工院校层面的人工智能人才培养研究仍然一片空白.为此,项目组根据多方调查研究,得出技工院校培养的技能人才未来从事人工智能行业的工作领域、典型工作岗位与必备的职业能力.
Abstract
Accelerating the development of artificial intelligence technology has been promoted to the core strategic deployment at the national level.In the context of the rapid rise of the artificial intelligence industry today,it is facing an urgent situation that the supply of industry application talents is in short supply.There have been certain achievements in the research of artificial intelligence training models based on knowledge and scientific research,but there is still a blank in the research of artificial intelligence talent training at the level of technical colleges.Therefore,based on multiple investigations and studies,the project team has determined that skilled talents trained in technical colleges will have the necessary professional abilities,typical job positions,and future employment in the artificial intelligence industry.
