摘要
立足于现实招聘网站的无标签数据,仅考虑双方少量的特征计算匹配度,实现岗位推荐.通过构建人岗匹配数据集和特征体系,结合特征匹配和文本相似度设计了人岗匹配度的算法,最后成功实现计算,表明用少量特征和文本相似方法进行匹配推荐是可行的.
Abstract
Based on the unlabeled data of real recruitment websites,this paper hopes to calculate the matching degree by considering only a few features of both sides,so as to realize job recommendation. By constructing the person-post matching data set and feature system,and then combining feature matching and text similarity designed the algorithm of human-post matching degree,and finally successfully realized the calculation. It indicates the feasibility of matching recommendation with a few features and text similarity methods.
