摘要
为了解古代中医药治疗酒疸的用药规律,搜集《中华医典》中酒疸相关文献,建立Excel标准方药数据库,采用R语言对药物进行频次、关联规则、复杂网络及聚类分析.收集酒疸验方共118首,中药201味,药物频次865次,其中频次≥10的药物共25味.高频药物功效重在利水渗湿、清热、理气、补虚.关联规则、复杂网络所获核心组方为茵陈、茯苓、白术、栀子、葛根、陈皮、青皮、黄芩、猪苓.聚类分析共获4组处方,内含小柴胡汤、茵陈四苓散、木香顺气丸、三黄汤.经过讨论分析得出,古代医家治疗酒疸以解酒毒、祛邪外出,调和脾胃为原则,以清热解毒、利水渗湿、疏肝行气、健脾和胃为常用治法.所获核心处方可为酒疸的临床治疗提供借鉴.
Abstract
In order to understand the rules of drug use in treating jaundice in ancient Chinese medicine,the literature related to jaundice in Chinese Medical Canon was collected,the standard prescription database of Excel was established,and the frequency,association rules,complex network and cluster analysis of drugs were carried out with R language. Collect literature related to alcoholic jaundice from the Chinese Medical Code,establish an Excel standard prescription database,and use R language to perform frequency,association rules,complex networks,and cluster analysis on drugs. A total of 118 prescription tests for alcoholic jaundice were collected,with 201 traditional Chinese medicines and 865 drug frequencies. There are a total of 25 drugs with a frequency of ≥ 10. The efficacy of high-frequency drugs lies in promoting diuresis and dampness,clearing heat,regulating qi,and tonifying deficiency. The core formulas obtained from association rules and complex networks are Yinchen,Fuling,Baizhu,Zhizi,Gegen,Chenpi,Qingpi,Huangqin,and Zhuling. Cluster analysis obtained 4 sets of clustering formulas,which contain the meanings of Xiaochaihu Tang,Yinchen Siling San,Muxiang Shunqi Wan,and Sanhuang Tang. After discussion and analysis,it is concluded that the ancient medical practitioners treated alcoholic jaundice with the principles of detoxifying alcohol,dispelling pathogenic factors,and harmonizing the spleen and stomach. Common treatment methods included clearing heat and detoxifying,promoting water and dampness,soothing the liver and promoting qi,and strengthening the spleen and stomach. The obtained core prescription can provide reference for the clinical treatment of alcoholic jaundice.
