基于Halcon的机器视觉订单录入系统设计与实现

摘要
随着现代制造业的快速发展,订单录入成为生产流程中不可或缺的一个环节,对于提高生产效率和确保数据准确性具有重要意义.然而,传统的订单录入方式通常依赖人工操作,存在工作量大、错误率高等问题.为了解决这些问题,文章引入了Halcon机器视觉技术,通过自动处理与识别订单图片上的条形码,快速准确地获取订单号,并借助EF实体框架对数据库中的相关数据进行更新.该系统能够有效弥补传统订单录入方式存在的缺陷,提高生产效率和数据准确性,具有较高的应用价值和推广前景.
Abstract
With the rapid development of modern manufacturing industry,order entry has become an indispensable link in the production process,which is of great significance for improving production efficiency and ensuring data accuracy. However,the traditional order entry method usually relies on manual operation,which has the problems of heavy workload and high error rate. In order to solve these problems,the paper introduces Halcon machine vision technology to obtain order number quickly and accurately by automatically processing and recognizing the barcode on the order picture,and update the relevant data in the database with the EF entity framework. This system can effectively make up for the defects of traditional order entry,improve production efficiency and data accuracy,and has high application value and popularization prospect.
