在应急场景下的跨网络、多层级视频会议融合技术研究

为提升应急指挥效率,基于视频会议系统在应急调度中的关键作用,结合硬件与软件视频会议系统的优缺点,提出了一种基于硬件视频会议系统的跨网络、多层级融合技术方案.通过物理"背靠背"、分布式图像控制系统等技术实现跨网络互联互通,以及利用融合网关和融合指挥调度系统实现多层级设备融合,有效提升了视频会议系统的灵活性和兼容性,在应急场景下实现一键通信、统一管理、集中调度,从而提高应急指挥的能动性,减少灾害损失.
Research on Video Conference Fusion Technology of Cross-network and Multi-level in Emergency Scenarios
In order to improve the efficiency of emergency command,based on the key role of video conferencing system in emergency dispatch,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of hardware and software video conferencing system,a cross-network and multi-level integration technology scheme based on hardware video conferencing system was proposed.Through physical"back-to-back",distributed image control system and other technologies to achieve cross-network connectivity,and the use of fusion gateway and fusion command and dispatch system to achieve multi-level equipment integration,effectively improve the flexibility and compatibility of video conference system,in emergency scenarios to achieve one-click communication,unified management,centralized scheduling,thereby improving the initiative of emergency command.Reduce disaster losses.
