摘要

建设网络强国离不开高素质网络安全实战化人才的支持和保障.建立一个科学、合理的人才实战能力评价体系,对于培养网络安全实战化人才至关重要.然而,传统的网安人才测试评估存在评价模式单一、评价标准不同等问题,难以对人才实战能力进行精准画像.因此,提出一种基于自组织神经网络的网络安全人才实战能力评价方法,将真实业务场景中需要的专业能力作为评价因子,对网安人才实战化能力进行分类,全面精准评估人才能力,为网络安全人才的培养和选拔提供有力的支持和指导.

Abstract

The construction of network power is inseparable from the support and guarantee of high-quality network security practical talents.Establishing such a system is crucial for nurturing talents with practical network security skills.However,there are problems such as single evaluation mode and differing evaluation standards in the traditional network security talent test and evaluation,which makes it difficult to make an accurate portrayal of the actual combat ability of talents.Therefore,a self-organizing neural network-based evaluation method for the actual combat ability of network security talents was proposed,which took the professional ability required in real business scenarios as the evaluation factor,classified the actual combat ability of network security talents,and evaluated the abilities of talents accurately and comprehensively.This evaluation method provides strong support and guidance for the training and selection of network security talents.
