Application of SIMADYN D Control System in Main Driving of Medium-thick Plate Plant
The application of SIMADYN D control system in roughing mill of 3 500 mm medium-thick plate plant was introduced. And the application methods to realize sledge rolling and load balance control in plate rolling were introduced. The practice proves that the system can be effectively increase the design level of alternating adjusting speed driving control system, debugging efficiency. And it also proves that the advantage in the system are high control precision, fast response, operation reliability and facility maintenance. After the application of sledge control and load balance control in plate rolling, good effects of increasing finishing product rate has been reached.
