管道缺陷漏磁场影响因素仿真分析与研究

针对传统管道漏磁检测器灵敏度低、检测精度不高且缺陷尺寸难以精准量化的问题,采用Maxwell有限元软件建立管道缺陷漏磁场三维仿真模型,获取缺陷漏磁场磁感应强度分布图.通过控制变量法改变缺陷尺寸以及传感器提离值,对不同条件下的仿真结果进行整合分析,得出缺陷尺寸及传感器提离值对漏磁场磁感应强度分布规律,为漏磁内检测器结构设计和缺陷精准量化提供理论基础.
Simulation Analysis and Research on Influencing Factors of Pipeline Defect Magnetic Leakage Field
Maxwell finite element software is used to establish a three-dimensional simulation model of pipeline defect magnetic leakage field to obtain the distribution of magnetic induction inten-sity. By using variable control method to change the defect size and sensor lift-off value,the simula-tion results under different conditions are obtained and analyzed. It provides a guidance for the struc-tural design and accuracy of leakage detectors.
