采用数值模拟分析方法,对两种不同定子轭部轴向通风孔位置分别进行电磁、结构和热流多物理场仿真对比计算,重点研究了定子轭部通风孔位置对电磁损耗、电机结构模态振型和固有频率的影响以及各部件的温度差异变化.仿真模拟结果有助于了解水冷机座电机内热交换的机理和特点,且通过两种方案的散热效果对比能够为该类型电机的后续设计提供数据支撑并锁定优化改进方向.
Optimization of Axial Vent of Stator of Water-cooled Motor Based on Multi-physical Field
The numerical simulation analysis was used to conduct simulation and comparison calculations for two different stator yoke axial vent positions in electromagnetic,structural,and ther-mal flow multi-physical field.It focus on studying the impact of vent position on electromagnetic loss,motor structural modal vibration modes,natural frequencies,and temperature differences of components.The simulation helps to understand the mechanism and characteristics of heat exchange in water-cooled motor,providing data support for the subsequent design and optimization.
