摘要
通过对脱/除粉器的应用环境介绍、实际工况数据分析展示了设备内部作业环境的粉尘爆炸要素情况;另外,通过各标准对静电引起粉尘爆炸的相关参数分析,与离子风除静电设备的相关参数进行对比,提出对离子风除静电用于脱/除粉器需要慎重考虑;最后,分析离子风除静电用于脱/除粉器中产生正负离子情况与物料表面静电荷估算量之间的关系,对脱/除粉器净化效率提出疑虑.为脱/除粉器安全生产方面提供了重要的参考价值.
Abstract
A dust remover is a device used for purifying impurities such as dust in materials.The internal working environment and installation environment of the device are located in sensitive areas for dust explosion prevention.With the application of ion wind electrostatic removal technology in dust removers,the safety issues related to dust explosion hazards in dust removers are worth exploring a-gain.By introducing the application environment of the dust remover and analyzing the actual working condition data,the dust explosion elements in the internal working environment of the equipment were demonstrated;In addition,by analyzing the relevant parameters of dust explosions caused by static e-lectricity according to various standards and comparing them with the relevant parameters of ion wind electrostatic removal equipment,it is proposed that careful consideration should be given to the use of ion wind electrostatic removal in dust/powder removers;Finally,analyze the relationship between the generation of positive and negative ions in ion wind electrostatic precipitators and the estimated surface electrostatic charge of materials,and raise doubts about the purification efficiency of the precipitators.This provides a reference for the safe production of powder separators.
