利用进线腔隔壁墙体内安装的采煤机网络通信交换机预留端口,通过在进线腔内安装抗电磁干扰的视频和红外图像监测仪、同时采集特高频、超声波、暂态地电位三种局部放电信号,通过空间图像、红外温度场模式识别,局放信号的信息融合处理和故障隐患预警,煤矿井下电牵引采煤机高压进线腔信息融合状态感知系统实现了严酷防爆环境中高压进线腔的状态感知与故障预警,为实现采煤机的智能感知与全生命周期管理,奠定了基础.
Data Fusion Sensing System for High Voltage Inlet Chamber of Electric Coal Cutter in Mining
A data fusion sensing system for high voltage inlet chamber of electric coal cutter in min-ing is invented by install an electromagnetic interference-resistant video and infrared image monitor through the reserved port of the network communication switch in inlet chamber.It can collect partial discharge signals of ultra-high frequency,ultrasonic,and transient earth potential.Through spatial im-age and infrared temperature field pattern recognition,the system can analyze and alarm in explosive at-mosphere,which laying a foundation for intelligent and life cycle management of coal cutter.
