知识产权专业硕士人才培养目标、现实困境与突破路径

摘要
知识产权专业硕士学位建设以培养高端型、复合型、应用型、国际化知识产权人才为目标.知识产权专业作为二级学科,人才培养规模相对有限;现有人才培养模式与社会实际需求脱节;缺乏可供推广的知识产权人才培养范式;专业学位建设也缺乏足够吸引力与竞争力.基于此,应借力交叉学科发展的政策环境,确立知识产权一级学科地位,适当扩大知识产权专业硕士培养规模;优化课程设置,强调行业面向,调整师资结构;构建多元化的考核评价体系,设计差异化的个人培养方案,形成校企深度合作的人才培养模式;争取法律职业资格考试报名资格认证,鼓励学生参加专利代理人考试,把好人才培养"入口关"和"出口关".
Abstract
Cultivation of Masters in intellectual property features an outcome of high-end,com-pound,practical talents with international knowledge.As a subdivision discipline of law,the intellectu-al property training is allowed to have a relatively limited scale with other problems,namely,the unbal-ance between the talent training mode and actual social needs,the wanting of a popularizable training paradigm,etc.To train good talents from the beginning to the end,it is suggested to expand its training scale,optimize the curriculum,adjust the structure of teachers,construct a diversified evaluation sys-tem,form a talent training model with deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,and encourage students to take the patent agent examination.
