为深入理解知识产权战略本质,提升知识产权战略有效性,需要从源头探讨知识产权战略内涵,开展必要的战略评价,基于多种理论视角探讨提升路径和优化问题.知识产权战略内涵的多向度、多侧面性反映出知识产权战略的复杂性和艺术性特征.知识产权战略比较重要的四个向度分别为财产、价值、竞争、形式与结构向度等.根据对知识产权战略内涵的认知,提出了战略评价与战略匹配、战略成熟度、PDCA循环、动态演化与调控、政策引导与综合治理等多个路径.相关路径体现了战略知识产权管理(SIPM)程度、战略专业性、契合性、体系性、演化性和可调控等方面特点,有其合理性.
Abstract
In order to understand better the essence of intellectual property strategy and enhance its effectiveness,it is necessary to explore the connotation of intellectual property strategy from the source,conduct necessary strategic evaluations,and explore improvement and optimization issues based on vari-ous theoretical perspectives.The multi-dimensional and multifaceted nature of the connotation of intel-lectual property strategy reflects its complexity and artistic characteristics.The four important dimen-sions of intellectual property strategy are property,value,competition,and form and structure dimen-sions.Based on the understanding of the connotation of intellectual property strategy,the article propo-ses multiple paths such as strategic evaluation and matching,strategic maturity,PDCA cycle,dynamic evolution and regulation,policy guidance and comprehensive governance.The relevant path reflects the level of strategic intellectual property management(SIPM),strategic professionalism,fitness,systema-ticity,evolution,and controllability,and has its rationality.
