摘要
参与全球生态治理是全球治理的实践要求,也是衡量各国践履全球生态责任的重要依据.中国通过开展积极广泛的国际生态交流、与"一带一路"合作伙伴生态共治以及推动生态科技的区域协同创新等实践方式深度参与全球生态治理,实现了从被动参与到自觉参与、再到深入实践的递进式发展,并且在习近平生态文明思想指导下积极维护国际生态治理秩序,构建全球生态善治的多国联动样例,为全球生态治理提供了积极有效的中国方案.
Abstract
Participating in global ecological governance is the practical requirement of global govern-ance,and it is also an important basis to measure the implementation of global ecological responsibility by all countries.China has deeply participated in global ecological governance through active and exten-sive international ecological exchanges,ecological co-governance with partners of the Belt and Road In-itiative,and regional collaborative innovation of ecological science and technology.It has achieved a progressive development from passive participation to conscious participation,and then to in-depth practice.Under the guidance of ecological civilization,it has actively maintained the international eco-logical governance order,built a multinational linkage example of global ecological good governance,and provided a positive and effective Chinese plan for global ecological governance.
