On the Industrial Transfer Mode of"Enclave"Based on Spatial Perspective—Taking the Coordinated Development Zone in Northeast Fujian and Southwest Fujian as an Example
This paper analyzes the spatial autocorrelation of industrial structure comparing industrial gradient of northeast Fujian and southwest Fujian, constructs the industrial structure of"enclave"mountains and seas, and explores the industrial transfer mode of the two coordinated development zone-sand from the perspective of the mechanism of"enclave"industrial transfer. It is found that there is an obvious economic gradient between the two regions, the development level of industrial structure is dif-ferent,and the gradient difference forms the prerequisite for industrial complementarity;there is a posi-tive correlation between the industrial synergy of the two collaborative development areas, and the in-dustrial spatial agglomeration effect is gradually emerging;the"enclave"industrial transfer mode focu-ses on promoting the formation of"coastal agglomeration, mountain concentration and mountain-sea linkage"industrial layout, optimizing the industrial structure of mountains and seas and promoting re-gional industrial transfer;the industries in the two coordinated development areas can be divided into expansion, expansion, recession and enclave. The high gradient and low gradient areas can adjust and transform their industries to form new economic growth points. The research results show that the con-struction of"enclave"industrial transfer mode should first optimize the industrial structure of mountains and seas, and then gradually promote regional industrial transfer. The"enclave"industrial transfer needs to increase the"push"of"transferring out"and the"pull"of"transferring in",gradually form an industrial prosperity zone, and construct well the mountains and seas in the new era.
