铜镁合金冷压焊接头组织及性能研究

摘要
采用冷压焊对接触网用铜镁合金绞线进行焊接处理,并对其组织和性能进行了研究.研究结果表明:焊缝组织呈现与基体组织垂直的横向晶粒组织,两侧金属相互融合形成了组织致密的结合区;晶粒组织出现明显细化,因此焊接接头的强度得到提高,接头焊接强度系数达 96%;但是冷压焊产生的飞边缺陷、应力集中和界面组织结合性能不均等造成合金疲劳性能下降,疲劳性能不足基体的 23%.
Abstract
The copper magnesium alloy stranded wires used for OCS are being treated by means of cold pressure welding,and studies are made for its microstructure and properties.The research results indicate that the microstructure of the weld seam presents a transverse grain structure perpendicular to the matrix structure,and the metals on both sides fuse with each other to form a dense bonding zone.The grain structure is significantly refined,resulting in an increase in the strength of the welded joint,with a welding strength coefficient of 96%.However,the flash defects,stress concentration,and uneven interfacial bonding performance caused by cold pressure welding result in a decrease in the fatigue performance of the alloy,its fatigue performance is less than 23%of that of the basic material.
