为梳理总结高速铁路接触网工程数字化安装关键技术研究成果,研发基于有限元技术的腕臂与整体吊弦精确计算平台、无轨工况下接触网支柱定位与跨距/腕臂吊弦计算用数据精确测量技术、接触网腕臂预配与整体吊弦预制自动化生产线及安装专用数字工器具、轨行车载接触网系统关键结构几何尺寸检测与智能分析系统.研究成果改变传统计算、人工安装、反复调整的作业方式,为推动中国高速铁路接触网工程智能建造提供了技术支撑.
To summarize the results of research of key technologies for digital installation of OCS engineering of high-speed railway,a precise calculation platform based on the finite element technology for cantilevers and integral droppers,precise measurement technologies for locating of masts,calculation data of span length/cantilever and dropper,automatic production line for pre-assembling of OCS cantilever and integral dropper as well as the special digital tools for installation,and the railcar-carried inspection and intelligent analyzing system for the key structural dimensions of OCS are studied and developed.The results of research have changed the traditional calculation,manual installation,and repeated adjustment methods,providing technical support for promoting the intelligent construction of OCS engineering of high-speed railway in China.
