At present,the stress inspection and test method applied for flange mast is no longer be able to meet the requirements of high-quality industrial development.In order to make the stress inspection and test method for flange mast to be more accurate,convenient,efficient,safe and effectively combined with automation,information technology and Internet Plus,the paper puts forward a horizontal stress comprehensive inspection method for flange mast based on software simulation,electronic information and internet technology.The method has been theoretically studied and practically tested,and is able to effectively meet the measurement requirements and achieve intrinsic safety.
