The paper studies the design schemes for the closed-circuit controller to be installed in the special location,such as to be installed in the block post during the reconstruction process of railway crossing equipment.Combined with the engineering practice,the sectional crossing circuits are designed,sectional crossing DX3 circuit diagrams,FFJ relay excitation and recovery conditions are modified accordingly,and design scheme for recovery of sectional crossing circuit relays are put forward so as to ensure the train operation safety.
