The necessity and principle for edition of the Code for Design of Management System of Electromechanical Equipment of Railway TB 10037-2022,newly issued,are illustrated in terms of the technical progress,application requirements and system construction of management system of electromechanical equipment of the railway.The key technical contents of the newly issued code are interpreted from multiple dimensions of composition,setting,configuration,coordinated control,monitoring,functions and objects under management of the management system and its subsystems of railway electromechanical equipment.The code,with the achieving of energy conservation and efficiency enhancement of railway electromechanical equipment as the target,focuses on the concept of intelligent green and lays a foundation for serving the national energy-saving strategy and high-quality development of railways.
