电气化铁路牵引回流一直影响着铁路信号设备的安全可靠运行,对牵引回流进行有效的数字化监测非常必要.为解决室外回流监测设备的供电问题,研究一款自取能传感器电源,通过计算线圈气隙分析对供电质量的影响,并介绍了自取能传感器的生产工艺,通过仿真和实验验证了该自取能传感器可满足牵引回流监测设备供电要求.
The traction return current of electrified railways has always affected the safe and reliable operation of railway signal equipment,so the performance of an effective digital monitoring of the traction return current is quite essential.To solve the power supply problem of monitoring equipment of outdoor return current,studies are made for the power supply of self-powered sensor.Analyzing is made for the impacts to the power supply quality on the basis of the calculation of coil air gap.Production process for self-powered sensors is introduced,the simulation and experiments verify that the self-powered sensor is able to meet the power supply requirements for monitoring equipment of traction return current.
