摘要

目前我国高速铁路接触网运营年限逐步达到10~12年的大修周期,为研究如何高效完成批量更换整体吊弦施工,结合郑渝高铁渝万段成批量更换整体吊弦施工项目的实践,运用WBS工作结构分解方法解剖施工流程,分析施工组织过程及运用JJC型检修列施工制约组织效率及风险要点,提出了高效率的施工方法,为后续运用JJC型检修列开展设备更换及大修提供借鉴.

Abstract

At present, the operational life of high-speed railways in China have been gradually reaching to the major overhaul period of 10-12 years. In order to study how accomplish efficiently the replacement of integral droppers in batches, combined with the practice of construction project for replacement of integral droppers in batches in Chongqing-Wanzhou section of Zhengzhou-Chongqing high-speed railway, the WBS work structure decomposition method is applied to dissect the construction workflow, analyze the construction organization process, key points of risks restricting the construction organization efficiency by application of JJC type maintenance train, and put forward the high efficient construction methods, providing reference for execution of replacement of equipment and major overhaul by application of JJC type maintenance train in the future.
