The structure of contact line over track point area which is more complex, attracts more maintenance attentions. There are some faults related to overhead contact line system over 9# track points in urban rail transit, such as abnormal wear on the pantograph bow angle and contact wire. Based on the geometry parameters of pantograph and overhead contact line system, the reasons for the faults are analyzed. So the paper gives some suggestions about the arrangement principle and the adjustment programs of the intersecting point wiring which is benefit for the design of overhead contact line system over 9# track points in urban rail transit.
