摘要

城市轨道交通AC 35 kV环网开关柜采用两段母线同时供电,在Ⅰ段母线和Ⅱ段母线之间设置母线联络开关、电压互感器和保护装置.本文研究反升压法检测电压互感器二次回路,采取在其中一段母线的电压互感器二次侧施加测量电压,获取未加压的另一段母线上一次侧所有保护装置和电压互感器的测量参数,基于测量参数的结果判断二次回路接线是否正常.该方法可以避免出现传统指针法的检测盲区,提高了检测效率.

Abstract

The AC 35 kV ring network switchgear of urban rail transit adopts two segments of busbars for simultaneous power supply, and a busbar coupler switch, potential transformer, and protection device are set between the first and the second segment of busbars. The paper studies the anti-boost method for inspecting the secondary circuit of potential transformers. A measurement voltage is applied to the secondary side of the potential transformer on one segment of the busbar to obtain the measurement parameters of all protective devices and potential transformers on the primary side of the other segment of busbar that is not exerted with voltage. With the results of the measurement parameters, the normalcy of the wiring of the secondary circuit is judged to be normal or not. The method is able to avoid the inspection blind spots with adopting of traditional pointer methods and improve inspection efficiency.
