基于可靠性和维修成本的高铁接触网维修策略优化

接触网系统是高速铁路的关键组成部分之一,其可靠性对高铁的安全稳定运行具有重要意义.为提高接触网系统的可靠性,需对其进行预防性维修,同时兼顾经济性.本文结合役龄回退因子,采用威布尔分布描述接触网可靠度,根据接触网各部分在每次维修周期内采用不同的维修方法,得到接触网某部分的平均可靠度,进而得到接触网系统的总体可靠性;分析接触网系统维修成本,推导出基于可靠性和维修成本的优化模型.仿真结果表明,随着维修间隔数增加,系统可靠性增强,但成本也随之增加.推导得到的维修策略优化模型对接触网系统周期预防性维修策略制定具有借鉴意义.
The OCS is a crucial part of high-speed railway,and its reliability is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of high-speed trains.In order to improve OCS reliability,the preventive maintenance shall be carried out while taking account of the economic efficiency.With reference of age reduction factor and use of the Weibull distribution,the OCS reliability is described.In accordance with the different maintenance methods taken for each maintenance period,the average reliability of part of OCS is obtained,thus the overall reliability of OCS is obtained as well.Through analyzing of maintenance costs of OCS,the optimized model based on the reliability and maintenance cost is obtained.The simulation results show that the system reliability is increased along with the increase of maintenance intervals,but the costs are increased accordingly.The optimized maintenance strategy model obtained through derivation is available for making of periodic preventive maintenance strategy for OCS.
