高速铁路接触网电连接有限元建模与振动载荷谱获取

高速铁路接触网电连接作为接触悬挂的重要组成部分,其疲劳特性影响着弓网系统的性能.研究电连接的疲劳特性需获取其动态参数,而现场测量电连接的动态参数易受环境影响,因此需借助仿真工具获取.本文基于胡克定律,设计并搭建试验台测量电连接刚度,利用有限元法建立电连接有限元模型,对电连接相同激励仿真计算后与试验数据进行对比,验证电连接有限元模型的有效性,并以武广高铁为例获取其振动载荷谱,可为相关研究提供参考.
As an important part of the contact suspension of OCS of high-speed railway,the fatigue characteristics of the electrical connection influence the performance of pantograph-catenary system.The dynamic parameters are obtained through study on fatigue characteristics of electrical connection,however,the dynamic parameters of electrical connection measured at site are prone to be influenced by the environment,so it is necessary to obtain its dynamic parameters with the help of simulation tools.Based on Hooke's law,an experimental platform is designed and established to measure the stiffness of the electrical connection,a finite element model of the electrical connection is established by means of the finite element method for comparison of test data after identical excitation simulation and calculation of electrical connection and verification of the effectiveness of the finite element of electrical connection.And the vibration load spectrum is obtained with taking of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway as an example.
