接触网补偿装置补偿绳鼓包断丝原因与对策探究

以电气化铁路补偿滑轮用不锈钢丝绳为例,分析其在实际应用中出现鼓包、断丝等质量问题的原因,提出两种新型补偿滑轮装置方案,以有效防止此类事故的发生,为电气化铁路接触网设备安全运行提供参考.
Taking the stainless steel wire for use by compensation pulley of electrified railway as an example,analysis is made for the causes of problems of bulging and broken of tensioning wires in the actual application,a scheme composed of two new types of tension pulley devices is put forward so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of such accidents,providing reference for safe operation of OCS equipment of electrified railways.
