摘要

针对大功率低速直驱电机,对其电磁特性进行对比研究,以设计的一台36槽30极极槽数相近的大功率低速直驱电机为例,在空载和负载两种状态下,对比不同定子硅钢材料对该种电机的电磁特性及效率的影响.有限元分析表明,采用取向硅钢定子材料的大功率低速直驱永磁电机与常规硅钢定子材料的该种电机相比,电磁特性更优,空载时取向硅钢材料会削弱齿部饱和现象,负载时提高了电机的输出转矩,降低了电动势波形畸变率;降低了永磁体涡流损耗幅值,两部电机效率相差不大,为该类电机工程上实际生产提供参考.

Abstract

Aiming at high-power low-speed direct-drive motors,a comparative study of their electromagnetic char-acteristics is carried out to compare the effects of different stator silicon steel materials on the electromagnetic char-acteristics and efficiency of such motors under no-load and load conditions,taking the design of a 36-slot,30-pole pole-slot motor with similar number of high-power low-speed direct-drive motors as an example.Finite element anal-ysis shows that the use of oriented silicon steel stator material of high-power low-speed direct-drive permanent mag-net motor compared with the conventional silicon steel stator material of this kind of motor,the electromagnetic char-acteristics of the better,no-load oriented silicon steel material will weaken the saturation phenomenon of the tooth part,the load improves the output torque of the motor,reduces the rate of electromotive force waveform aberration;reduces the magnitude of the eddy current loss of the permanent magnets,the two part of the efficiency of the motor is not much difference,as the engineering of this kind of motor to provide reference for the actual production.The ef-ficiency difference between the two motors is not big,which provides reference for the actual production of this kind of motors in engineering.
