一种基于改进型Sepic的零纹波高增益直流变换器

针对光伏发电、燃料电池等新能源发电系统存在的输出电压低、DC/DC变换器输入电流纹波大等问题,提出了一种基于改进型Sepic的零纹波高增益直流变换器.该变换器将改进型Sepic变换器原本的两个电感进行耦合处理,通过结构设计将耦合电感和CD(电容、二极管)升压结构结合,实现高输出电压增益,同时利用电容钳位技术和输入电感实现输入电流零纹波,既提升了新能源发电系统的发电效率也解决了新能源发电系统并网电压低的问题.详细分析了所提变换器的工作原理和输入电流纹波特性、电压增益特性以及开关器件的应力特性,并给出了关键参数的设计.最后搭建了一台100W、36/360V的试验样机,验证了设计方案的可行性.
A High Gain DC Converter with Zero Ripple Based on Improved Sepic
Aiming at the problems of low output voltage and large input current ripple of DC/DC converter in pho-tovoltaic power generation,fuel cell and other new energy power generation systems,an improved Sepic based zero-ripple high-gain DC converter is proposed.The converter coupled the original two inductors of the improved Sepic converter.Through the structural design,the coupling inductor and CD(capacitor,diode)booster structure were com-bined to achieve high output voltage gain.At the same time,the capacitor clamp technology and input inductance were used to achieve zero ripple input current.It not only improves the power generation efficiency of the new energy power generation system but also solves the problem of low grid power of the new energy power generation sys-tem.The working principle of the proposed converter,the characteristics of input current ripple,voltage gain and the stress characteristics of the switching device are analyzed in detail,and the key parameters are designed.Finally,an 100W,36/360V prototype is built to verify the feasibility of the design scheme.
