An Interleaved High Gain Soft Switching DC/DC Converter
An interleaved high gain soft switching DC-DC converter for new energy generation systems is presen-ted.The converter adopts a staggered parallel structure,and combines the coupled inductance with the diode capaci-tance network to improve the voltage gain.The ZVT auxiliary circuit is introduced to realize the zero-voltage soft switch of two main switching tubes and zero-current soft switch of one auxiliary switching tube.The converter has the advantages of low input current ripple,high voltage gain,high efficiency and low voltage stress.The working princi-ple,voltage gain characteristic and voltage stress of switching device are introduced in detail.Finally,a 200W proto-type was built to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
