摘要

工业机器人技术的日益成熟为变电站智能巡检带来了新的机遇与挑战,以"AR+AI"技术突破口,数字孪生技术正在改变传统机器人巡检思维及模式.依托"端边云网智"新IT架构中数字孪生、虚实融合和AR等技术,设计了基于数字孪生技术的四足智能巡检机器人系统,应用于北方高寒地区的变电站巡检工作,解决了北方地区冬季冰冻雨雪路面,变电站设备场地道路限制、覆盖面窄、准确性差等环境条件的制约,提高了设备巡视质量和机器人的利用率.

Abstract

The increasing maturity of industrial robot technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to intelligent substation inspection.With the breakthrough of'AR+AI'technology,digital twin technology is chan-ging the traditional inspection thinking and mode.Based on the technologies of digital twin,virtual reality fusion and AR in the new IT architecture of'end edge cloud network intelligence',a four-legged intelligent inspection robot system based on digital twin technology is designed.It is applied to the substation inspection work in the northern al-pine region.It solves the constraints of environmental conditions,such as frozen rain and snow roads in winter in the northern region,road restrictions,narrow coverage and poor accuracy of substation equipment sites,and improves the quality of equipment inspection and the utilization rate of robots.
