一种电缆T接头耐压检测安全连接装置的仿真与设计

针对电缆耐压试验过程中因试验电压接近或超过电缆附件材料电气和机械参数耐压值,从而引起附件及电缆本体沿面泄漏爬电,继而引发出其他缺陷隐患,导致无法按试验规程规定实施,严重时将损毁试验及被试验设备等问题.根据电缆附件的相关参数,以及规程要求的最高试验电压和时间,通过装置耐受绝缘及其场强的仿真计算,初步确定安全连接装置与电缆附件绝缘过渡配合方式及电气参数,设计了一种电缆T接头(含肘形头)耐压检测安全连接装置.最后进行了试验验证,结果表明,该安全连接装置可以有效且安全地实现电缆的耐压试验.
Simulation and Design of a Safety Connection Device for the Cable T-Joint Withstand Voltage Testing
During the cable withstand voltage test,the test voltage is close to or exceeds the withstand voltage value of the electrical and mechanical parameters of the cable accessory material,which causes leakage and creepage a-long the surface of the accessories and cable body,and then leads to other defects and hidden dangers,resulting in failure to implement according to the regulations,and will damage the test and tested equipment in serious ca-ses.According to the parameters of the cable accessories,as well as the maximum test voltage and time required by the regulations,through the theoretical simulation calculation of the device withstand insulation and its field strength,this paper preliminarily determines the insulation transition coordination mode and electrical parameters of the safety connection device and the cable accessories,and designs a safety connection device for voltage withstand detection of cable T joints(including elbows).Finally,the test results show that the safety connection device can ef-fectively and safely realize the withstand voltage test of cables.
