电力系统中开关柜设备数量庞大,其绝缘性能关乎电力系统安全可靠运行.为克服传统人工识别模式辨识开关柜局部放电声音效率低、准确性差问题,提出基于可听声的开关柜局部放电快速预诊断方法,采集现场声音,经预加重、交叠分帧、滤波处理降低工频噪声干扰,构建以短时能量参数为状态标签的局部放电识别模型.现场实验表明,基于可听声的开关柜局部放电快速预诊断方法耗时短、识别准确率高,对提高开关柜巡视效率,加强电力设备绝缘性能监督水平具有重要意义.
Study and Application of Rapid Pre-diagnostic for Partial Discharge in Switch Cabinet Based on Audible-signal
The number of switch cabinet in power system is huge,and its insulation performance is related to the safe and reliable operation of power system.In order to overcome the problems that traditional manual identification methods of partial discharge in switch cabinet were inefficient and inaccurate,a rapid pre-diagnostic method of par-tial discharge in switch cabinet based on audible-signal was proposed.The method included collecting on-site audio signals,and eliminating the affect of power-line noise by pre-emphasis,sub-framing and filtering.A partial discharge identification model with short-term energy parameters as the status label was constructed.Field experiment showed that the rapid pre-diagnostic method for partial discharge in switch cabinet based on audible-signal had the advanta-ges of less time and high recognition accuracy,which was of great significance for improving the patrol inspection ef-ficiency of switch cabinet and strengthening the monitoring level of power equipment insulation.
