交流接触器同步过零分断控制策略的研究与分析

针对交流接触器在控制方面存在的由动作机构分散性和外界环境不确定性导致的较难真正实现无弹跳闭合和无弧分断的问题,对其同步过零分断的控制策略进行研究.针对交流接触器控制系统,在对交流零点检测方法进行研究分析的基础上,建立了三相对称负载交流零点预测模型.提出将速饱和电流互感器应用于交流过零点检测中,根据被控对象的相关参数,进行各控制模块的软硬件设计,并建立数学模型,进行仿真分析.最终验证了此设计能将影响运动时间以及运动过程中的诸多不确定因素进行弱化,使交流接触器的适应性和可靠性得到很大程度的提高.
Study and Analysis of AC Contactor Synchronizing Zero Breaking Control Tactics
Aiming at the control of the present AC contactor,owing to actuation mechanism dispersiveness and ex-ternal environment uncertainty,it is very difficult to really achieve no spring close and no arc breaking.The control tactics on its synchronizing zero breaking is studied.Aiming at AC contactor control system,an the basis of study and analysis to AC contactor zero-point detection method,set up a three-phase balanced load AC zero-point forecast model.Propose to apply the quick saturation current transforme to AC zero passage detection.According to relevant parameters to be controlled target,carry out software and hardware designs of various control modules,and set up mathematical model and carry out artificial analysis.Finally,it verifies that the design in the paper can make the in-fluence of many uncertain factors on motion time and motion process weaken.Thia makes adaptability and reliability of AC contactor achieve a great extent improvement.
