Intelligent Centralized Control System for Emulsion Pump Station
The construction of intelligent mines is the development trend of coal mines.An intelligent centralized control system for emulsion pump stations is designed in this paper to promote intelligent operation of mining hy-draulic systems,and also the goal of employee reduction and efficiency improvement.The system integrates devices of water treatment,automatic proportioning,variable frequency energy-saving,and emulsion pump station to achieve intelligent and unmanned operation.The designed system can also be connected into the mine's ethernet of the coal mine users to realize remote monitoring and control.
