干式变压器烘干和电流加热温度场研究

为了分析干式变压器的电流加热内部温度情况,根据干式变压器实际电流加热模型搭建相应的三维模型,基于多物理场有限元软件COMSOL Multiphysics对干式变压器开展温度场仿真计算,计算得出不同环境温度和导线类型下施加不同电流时相应的温度场分布云图及热点温度变化情况,结果表明,电流加热干式变压器的热点温度会随着施加电流大小和环境温度的增加而增加,导线类型对温度场分布有一定的影响,该结果为干式变压器电流加热的设计及散热提供了一定的参考价值.
Simulation of Dry-type Transformer Drying and DC Heating Temperature Field
In order to analyze the internal temperature of the DC heating device of the dry-type transformer,the corresponding three-dimensional model is built according to the actual DC heating device of the dry-type transform-er,and the temperature field simulation calculation of the device is carried out based on the multiphysics finite ele-ment software COMSOL Multiphysics,and the corresponding temperature field distribution cloud and the hottest temperature change when different currents are applied under different ambient temperatures and wire types are cal-culated The results show that the hottest temperature of the DC heating device will increase with the increase of the applied current and the ambient temperature,and the wire type has a certain influence on the temperature field dis-tribution of the device,which provides a certain reference value for the design and heat dissipation of the DC heating device of dry-type transformer.
