摘要
配电网作为电力系统中重要的一部分,提高配网自动化的供电可靠性和电能质量的同时,降低运维、检修成本,提高配电网经济性,是一项有意义的课题.研究了配网自动化运行维护管理的必要性,研究了配网自动化运维全寿命周期成本,基于改进PSO算法对配网自动化全寿命周期成本优化,并通过算例分析验证本文方法的有效性.
Abstract
As an important part of the power system,it is a meaningful topic to improve the reliability of power sup-ply and power quality of the distribution network automation,reduce the cost of operation and maintenance and ma-intenance,and improve the economy of the distribution network.This paper studies the necessity of automatic opera-tion and maintenance management of distribution network,studies the whole life cycle cost of automatic operation and maintenance of distribution network,optimizes the full life cycle cost of distribution network automation based on the improved PSO algorithm,and verifies the effectiveness of this method through case analysis.
