对220kV某变电站线路闸刀设备异常事故进行分析和讨论,针对该线路闸刀进行间隙检查、机械特性检查,结合现场检查、测量及各类测试结果进行分析后发现引起此次事故的根本原因是B相连杆因卡簧生锈断裂脱开导致闸刀B相实际未合上.针对此次事故进行了严谨的分析并对该批次闸刀拐臂提出了多项解决措施和建议,提高了设备的可靠性,满足电网正常运行.
Thought and Analysis of an Abnormal Fault for the Kinfe Switch of 220kV Substation Lines
This paper analyzes and discusses the abnormal accident of switch equipment in a 220kV substation.According to the clearance inspection and mechanical characteristics inspection of the line knife,combined with the field inspection,measurement and various test results,it was found that the root cause of the accident was that the B connecting rod was disconnected due to the rust and fracture of the snap spring,resulting in the actual unclosed phase B of the knife.This paper makes a rigorous analysis of the accident and puts forward a number of solutions and suggestions for this batch of knife crank arm,which improves the reliability of the equipment and meets the nor-mal operation of the power grid.
