Study on Emission Spectrum Characteristics of Partial Discharge in Air Switch Cabinet
In this paper, the electric field simulation of the post insulator with bubble defect in the l0kV high volt-age air switch cabinet is carried out.Through the theoretical analysis of the electric field distribution, the non-uni-formity coefficient of the electric field at the bubble defect is obtained, and the needle-plate electrode is determined as the discharge electrode.Through the simulation of electric field intensity, the needle-plate electrode spacing and the experimental applied voltage are reasonably determined. The partial discharge experimental platform and spectral detection platform were designed and built, and the partial discharge emission spectrum in air medium was detected by spectrometer. The experimental results show that with the development of discharge, the spectral intensity of ul-traviolet band(300nm-360nm)increases first and then decreases, which can be used as an effective criterion to judge the development of partial discharge.
