摘要

合理制定分时电价策略有利于削峰填谷,有利于电网的安全稳定、经济地运行,因此负荷的峰谷时段划分是一项重要的工作.首先分析了不同日负荷波动特点,研究了 K-means算法的原理,基于K-means研究了负荷峰谷时段划分方法.通过分析可知,不同季节的划分结果不同,制定分时电价时应该考虑季节因素.

Abstract

The reasonable formulation of time-sharing electricity price strategy is conducive to peak load shifting and valley filling,and the safe,stable and economic operation of the power grid,so the peak and valley period divi-sion of load is an important work.In this paper,we first analyze the characteristics of different daily load fluctua-tions,study the principle of K-means algorithm,and study the division method of load peak and valley period based on K-means.The analysis of this paper shows that the division results of different seasons are different,so the sea-sonal factors should be considered when setting time-sharing electricity price.
