The Interrupted Load Optimization Scheduling Method of a Distribution Network Based on Opportunity Constraint
In order to control economic payment of the electric network operation,based on opportunity constraint angle,take some distribution as an example,carry out the design study of an interrupted load optimization method.According to its share changes of electric power in the process of develepment and cash price of electric energy re-source market,can make optimizing decision of the interrupted load as a target.According to real market needs and income needs of the electric network enterprise in the process of operation,set up the optimizing interrupted desision target function of the distribution network based on the opportunity constraint.Adopt"Discount before interrupt"way,design the active scheduling of the distribution network energy.The practical applied result shows that the de-sign method can control the economic payment of the distribution network operation on the basis of improving the distribution network load factor.
