Study on the Influence of Oil-paper Structure on Transformer Insulation Based on Frequency Domain Dielectric Spectrum
In order to study the influence of the number of oil-paper layers on the frequency domain dielectric characteristics, and then evaluate the influence of oil-paper structure on the transformer insulation characteristics.Test samples with different layers of oil-paper were prepared in the laboratory for FDS test. After in-depth analysis of the obtained FDS test results,it is proposed that the real part C'of the complex capacitance at the characteristic fre-quencies f=0.1 mHz,f=0.01 Hz and f=10Hz is the frequency domain dielectric characteristic parameter. The number of oil-paper layers and the dielectric characteristic parameters in frequency domain are fitted, and the influ-ence of oil-paper insulation structure on the insulation performance of transformer is evaluated through the fitting re-lationship between the two.The research results show that there is a function relationship between the number of oil-paper layers and the frequency domain dielectric characteristic parameters with a high degree of goodness of fit, which proves that this method is highly feasible to evaluate the effect of the number of oil-paper layers on the fre-quency domain dielectric characteristics. This method also provides a certain basis for the application of FDS method to evaluate the insulation performance of oil-paper structure.
