新型限流式混合高压直流断路器参数设计方法研究

固态高压直流断路器是基于电力电子器件构成,如IGBT与晶闸管,具有动作快速、成本低等优点.机械式固态断路器则具有寿命长、通态电阻小、通态损耗低、可靠性高、安全性好等优点.故障电流限制电路则可以限制直流短路故障电流的上升率,因而降低了对高压直流断路器对故障响应的灵敏度.提出的新型限流式混合高压直流断路器集成了固态高压直流断路器、机械式固态断路器以及故障电流限制电路的优点.介绍了该断路器的拓扑与参数设计方法.为验证该拓扑与参数设计方法的有效性,利用仿真软件PSCAD搭建了仿真模型.仿真结果表明:该新型断路器拓扑与参数设计方法可有效阻断直流短路故障电流.
Research on Parameter Design Method of a Novel Limiting-current Hybrid HVDC Circuit Breaker
Solid state high voltage DC circuit breaker is based on power electronic components,such as IGBT and thyristor,has the advantages of fast action and low cost.Mechanical solid state circuit breaker has the advantages of long life,small on-state resistance,low on-state loss,high reliability and good safety.The fault current limiting circuit can limit the rise rate of DC short circuit fault current,thus reducing the sensitivity of the high voltage DC circuit breaker to fault response.In this paper,a new type of limited-current hybrid HVDC circuit breaker integrates the ad-vantages of solid HVDC circuit breaker,mechanical solid state circuit breaker and fault current limiting circuit.This paper introduces the topology and parameter design method of the circuit breaker.In order to verify the effectiveness of the topology and parameter design method,a simulation model was built using the simulation software PSCAD.The simulation results show that the new circuit breaker topology and parameter design method can effectively block the DC short-circuit fault current.
