摘要

通过计算线损可以发现疑似窃电用户,保障企业自身的经济效益,以免让个别违法窃电行为影响供电企业的收益,如果结合电压关联度可以更准确地分析出窃电用户.研究了线损率的计算方法,并给出了电压关联度和电压偏移率计算方法.通过线损率找出疑似窃电用户,在线损率较高的用户中通过电压关联度和电压偏移率的计算可以进一步确定窃电用户.最后,通过某10kV配电网月供电数据验证了本方法的有效性.

Abstract

By calculating the line loss,the users suspected of power theft can be found to ensure the economic ben-efits of the enterprises themselves,so as not to make individual illegal power theft behaviors affect the benefits of the power supply enterprises.If the voltage correlation is combined,the power theft users can be analyzed more accu-rately.This paper studies the line loss rate and gives the voltage correlation and voltage offset rate.Through the line loss rate of the users with high online loss rate,the users can be further determined by the calculation of voltage cor-relation and voltage offset rate.Finally,the validity of this method is verified through the monthly power supply data of a 10kV distribution network.
